Business Scope
iCreate is a sourcing and low-volume supply service provider serving overseas B2B buyers. Our services mainly include alternative electronic components sourcing, CNC machining and tooling, LCD/LCM display modules, optical component supply, prototype development, and other project-based manufacturing support.
Service Nature
We are not a traditional trading company that only forwards inquiries and quotations. We work in a project-oriented manner and focus on project feasibility, supplier matching, sample progress, delivery stability, and shipment coordination based on the actual requirements of each order.
Quotations and Order Confirmation
All quotations, lead times, and supply arrangements are subject to product specifications, technical requirements, order quantity, supplier availability, and project complexity. Orders will proceed based on the confirmed workflow, which may include RFQ or drawing submission, requirement review, technical checking, supplier matching, quotation, sample development, quality follow-up, and production delivery support.
Custom and Project-Based Orders
Many of our services involve prototype orders, low-volume supply, non-standard projects, and multi-process coordination. For this reason, product details, technical standards, and commercial terms should be clearly confirmed before production or shipment. Customized or project-specific products may require case-by-case handling.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate drawings, specifications, quantities, application requirements, shipping details, and other necessary project information. Any delay or issue caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or changing requirements may affect quotation, sampling, production, or delivery schedules.
Delivery and Shipment Support
iCreate supports reliable cross-border delivery for overseas B2B projects. Delivery schedules and shipment arrangements depend on the type of goods, project status, supplier readiness, and logistics conditions. Shipment support is provided as part of the overall project execution process.
Product and Service Availability
Because our business involves supplier matching and project coordination, product availability, manufacturing conditions, and commercial terms may change without prior notice. Final acceptance is subject to mutual confirmation between the customer and iCreate before order execution.
