Returns & Exchanges
At iCreate, we mainly serve overseas B2B buyers through project-based sourcing, prototyping, low-volume supply, and multi-process coordination. Because many of our products and services involve customized specifications, alternative sourcing, and non-standard project requirements, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
Customers should inspect the goods upon receipt and notify us promptly if there are any issues related to quantity, visible damage, incorrect items, or major quality concerns. To help us review the case efficiently, customers may be asked to provide order details, photos, videos, or other supporting information.
Non-Returnable Items
Items made to customer specifications, customized CNC parts, tooling, prototype developments, low-volume custom production, and other non-standard or project-based products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed quality issue or production error.
Quality Review and Resolution
As part of our project-oriented workflow, we place strong emphasis on requirement review, supplier matching, sample follow-up, and delivery stability. If a return or exchange request is approved after review, we will work with the customer to determine a reasonable solution, which may include replacement, adjustment, rework, or other mutually agreed arrangements depending on the project situation.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping arrangements and related costs will be evaluated based on the reason for the return, the product type, and the agreed project terms. For international B2B orders, customers may also be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or logistics charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
